If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly credit or refund your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, we make the return and exchange process super easy.
We make it super, super easy. Simply send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly refund the original payment method, less original shipping (gifts can receive store credit). Please note: naturally, Final Sale items and merchandise not in original condition are not returnable. Questions and feedback are always welcome - just email, call, or include a note in your return –we’re here to help.
A. Ensure the item is in new, unused, and fabulous condition, tags attached where applicable.
B. Pack it up carefully - you can even reuse the original shipping materials if you’d like, no need to include your packing slip.
C. Send it to us within 30 days of delivery - ways to do this:

For the ultimate convenience, you can use our pre-paid Easy Return Label. It saves you time and effort since you simply drop your package at any FedEx location (view locations nearest you)
You pay nothing up front – we’ll simply deduct the postage fee from the order refund.
To print a Return Label, simply login to your account, go to your Order History and select the details for your order.

Feel free to send the return using the delivery service of your choice. Send the package so that it’s trackable & insured, with your name, return address, and order # on the outside.

If you need a different size of a clothing item, we will ship the new size with Free Shipping. Simply include exchange instructions with your return and we'll set up the exchange order for you. If you prefer, email or call us at 800-963-1050 to set up the exchange.
No wondering, we’ll send you an e-mail when your refund is complete—it’s fast, generally 1 to 4 business days after we receive your return.
Once you ship your return, you should expect approximately 1 to 2 weeks for your return to be completed. On average, returns are processed with 1 to 4 days from the receipt of your package.
We’ll send an email to you upon completion of the credit. In order to ensure receipt of this email, please make sure you turn off your spam filter for email@example.com. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to your specified email address.
How quickly the credit appears on your statement depends on your credit/debit card company. While credits are posted the same day the credit is processed by us, it may take 1 to 2 business days for your bank to show the credit posted on your account.
Depending on the monthly billing of your credit/debit card and what day the credit was processed will determine whether the credit shows on your next bank statement or the one after. Since we will notify when the credit was posted, you will have sufficient information to determine which statement will list your credit.
